Christina (Hexin) is an incoming graduate student in the lab. She joins us from Washington University in St. Louis, where she completed her master’s study and post-bacc; before that, she earned her B.A. in Psychology and Communication from UC Davis. She is looking forward to focusing her graduate training on the neurodevelopment of socio-emotional functions, particularly how emotions are recognized, communicated, and regulated in dynamic social contexts, and how these processes relate to the development of socio-emotional functioning and neurodevelopmental conditions. Outside the lab, she enjoys playing tennis, writing narratives, and cuddling with her cat, Uni.
